RE: When the Co Sirens blow:
With the severe weather expected tomorrow, please note that Boone County has recently changed its siren policy. The sirens will sound only during a tornado warning. A story in the Enquirer newspaper today contained incorrect information. I contacted the reporter and he said he would run a correction and confirmed that Boone County sounds emergency weather sirens only during a tornado warning.
